I had a very zen experience here, but the room was basic and lacking quite a few essentials. I did enjoy the pet-friendly atmosphere, but there were definitely bugs around.

For dads, it would be great if they improved the pool area. The chemicals were quite strong during our visit, making it uncomfortable for the kids.

The staff were friendly and attentive, but the experience was quite unusual. I found a towel left behind that really added to the charm of the room!

However, the shower was a real letdown—the water spewed everywhere except where it should. I could hardly take a proper shower!

The room had a private bathroom with clean toilet paper stocked. The kitchenette was great with a full-size refrigerator and cooking space. Accessibility was good with an elevator for upper floors. The spa facilities were impressive with a nice whirlpool and a sauna for relaxing after a long day. Quiet and functional stay!

We had a fantastic time staying here with friends! We visited ABQ BioPark-Zoo and the beautiful Sandia Peak, both were awesome. The staff was friendly, and our room was comfortable. Just a note for future guests, parking is convenient, but arrive early for the best spots. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers!

One downside was the noise from the outside, especially at night, which made it hard to sleep at times.
